Bolton & Menk is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for a SURVEY PROJECT MANAGER to join our team in serving our Oakdale region clients! What You Will Be Doing:

• Responsible for the management, planning, scheduling and performance of multiple survey projects and personnel.
• Apply sound survey principles in planning, evaluating, and completing survey projects.
• Review field measurements and direct and assist with preparation of survey documents.
• Perform, and direct field surveys as required by scheduling or for professional supervisory and quality control purposes.
• In this role, projects will be frequently associated with municipal engineering projects. Through a wide variety of public and private clients the work includes boundary surveys, ALTA Surveys, Right of Way Plats, CIC Plats, preparation of easements, topographic surveys, and construction staking.

What we Are looking for:

• A.S. or B.S. Degree from an accredited college or university
• Professional Land Surveyor license
• Must possess a high capacity for self-motivation and be able to apply engineering knowledge to a variety of projects.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and staff from various agencies.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable at the Firm's standard rates. A motor vehicle record (MVR) check is a standard condition of employment.
• Some travel will be required.
